Surah Yusuf is primarily only about the life of Prophet Yusuf. These verses describe the early stages in Prophet Yusuf’s life (when he was just a young child). At that age, he had no idea about the wisdom behind Allah’s plan for him. However as we later find out, Allah desires nothing but the best for people, but it requires their patience and trust in Him.
